Get Mama Strong is an exercise program to facilitate mama's who are looking to get back into exercise or who are working out but looking for some guidance. As moms we often put our health and fitness on the back burner and Get Mama Strong is here to help make that a thing of the past. This program was created to help moms learn more about their post baby bodies, whether they are recently new moms or have been moms for 20 years. We are here to dispel myths about pelvic floor health, diastasis, building muscle and getting strong. We want you to love your body and all that it has done, while taking care of it the best way that you can.
